I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Great People, very young and fun place to work. Good stepping stone.

    Cons

Low pay, hard to make a career out of the company. Management pushes you to sell items that are a ripoff, and to mislead customers. Rather then teaching the benefits of a product and work on selling techniques, management teaches you to be sleezy and scare customers.

I have been working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an intern (more than a year)

    Pros

Great way to jump out of college and start working. Gain experience of the Business and customer service field. Most colleagues who you work with are excellent workers, because they have to be. Easy to learn system.

    Cons

You become a doormat for the public. The upper management under compensates for your reservations, many times leaving you with not enough cars for your reservations, and people become extremely angry with you, and the funny thing is, all Enterprise cares about is customer service. You work about 50 hours a week, 10-11 hour days many times with no lunch break, which is illegal really. The pay is as Base salary for a college grad as you could possibly want, and you cannot be promoted unless your sales are great, customer service is great. Dealing with insurance adjusters sucks too. Customers make your life hell.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop being so stingy with cars, if customer service is your goal, give your branches enough cars, its that simple.
