Pros

you learn a lot about running a business. There is a lot of networking and you meet a lot of people some good and some not so good

Cons

long stressful working hours you have to wash cars pick up people you don't know

    Benefits, pay well, training program, great people

    Cons

    Really long hrs, never been more tired after a day of work, you work hard, customers a hard to deal with, lots of busy work and reports, etc

    Great experience, all though very biased company. Male driven industry with male chauvinist running the show. Work drama and lies are worse than highs school.

    Pros

    Learning how to run a business from top to bottom.

    Cons

    Terrible hours, no work life balance. Upper management is corrupt. No opportunity to move up with out involving your self in the politics. Females are treated very different. They only promote them to have diversity and make the company look good. Would not recommend at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get rid off corrupt male managers. Recognize the talent that you have, rather than those that brown nose. Pay employees more or drop down to 40 hours/week. Happy employees would make customer service experience go way up. 12 hour days 5 days and sometimes 6 days a week are absolutely ridiculous.
