Pros – Prompt payments.
Understanding and recognizing employees for their abilities and achievements.
Documentation support as and when needed (e.g. Immigration/Visa/Travel)
Cons – I would suggest the account managers to keep in touch after the employee comes on board to help maintain good relationships which may in turn result in additional business.
Advice to Senior Management – Excellent placement team helps getting you in the suitable projects per your skill set.
