I have been working at Enterprise Strategy Group full-time for more than a year

ProsAs one of ESG's younger employees, I've enjoyed being treated as an equal amidst a group of accomplished, talented colleagues.
I'd recommend ESG, especially to young professionals because there are few firms out there that provide both an opportunity to produce high-impact work, and a fully-encompassing learning environment. ESG also enables a high quality of life (i.e. working from home, team building, empathy from mgt, outings, days off, etc.).

ConsI see there being three drawbacks to ESG. #1-Milford. #2- Few healthy options for food. #3- Fluorescent lighting. Luckily, these are things most people notice before they start work here.

Advice to Senior ManagementNot much advice. ESG is a well-run company. They're good at embracing change, bringing that change about, and then telling us how and why we're changing as a company. Can't ask much else from an employer.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
