Pros

Really don't have any "Pros," although some of my co-workers were pleasant to spend the workday with. My pay was always delivered as advertised.

Cons

At EBG the Sr. Management team makes life difficult, painful, and unpleasant for the good people around them. They are careful to do their best to blend into good society. This insulates and protects them from the angered reaction of good people; who would hammer them if they made their intentions public.

The Sr. Management team is so good at blending in with good people that their statements, goals and culture have become 'normal' and 'accepted'.

Potential employees should be forewarned.

Advice to Management

Stop the madness............your "culture" is as cultured as yogurt...

    Pros

Get a chance to meet people from other countries. Get free tours and shows in Las Vegas. This is a great Starter job if you are fresh out of high school and you need something on your resume.

    Cons

The managers try to move you to other locations even if you are scheduled to one location. You are wearing a jacket that feels like plastic, pants that don't fit correctly, and you have to provide your own white shirts. You hardly see your manager, they are not always there to train you. Te pay is below minimum wage. There is no room for advancement. You do not get raises. Some locations are paid more than others because they are slow, but not all.

    Advice to Management

Raise the wages, if your employees are wearing uncomfortable clothes while having to be professional, they need to be paid a sizable amount. Have your managers pay more attention to their employees, not just the location they like because it has an extra computer for them to do their office work. If your managers cannot handle more than one location, hire more so they can do their job.
