    Pros

The people who work their butts off everyday.

    Cons

Upper management doesn't know how to run the company. There is no recognition for their salaried staff. They just beat up their employees left and right. Work 80+ hours a week and sometimes 100+. HARD LABOR and no recognition. When brought to their attention, there is nothing done.

    Advice to Management

Value your management staff. Treat your employees as internal customers. Happy employees =happy guests. This goes for ALL employees. Easy said and done!
