I have been working at Entertainment Cruises part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Free cruises/ OSS outing/ Able to build strong relationships with the people you work with

    Cons

Won't make enough money to make a decent living/ Not enough full-time positions/ No health benefits if you are part-time/ The only way to move up in the company someone has to like you/ Cruises are over priced so it is harder to sell to customers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire people based off their experience not by how much you like the person.

Current Employee - Sales Representative in Philadelphia, PA

I have been working at Entertainment Cruises full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Friendly co-workers, and the company really tries to do the best by it's employees. They do promote from within if you are eager to advance and have the skills to back it up.

    Cons

NON Competitive pay, policy is dictated by shareholders. Working after hours and weekends can really wear you down when you are not making enough to live comfortably.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let your sales managers do what you pay them to do, stop trying to impose old sales tactics with a one size fits all mentality.
