Pros – Good place for one whom eager to learn and get experience of your respective background. Opportunity to involve in interesting projects and visit fascinating places. Learning material and worldwide professional support are available through the internal network. Chance to work directly with major companies and get exposure to high profile projects.

Cons – High billability expectation, crazy dateline, short notice assignment, additional work doesn’t mean additional compensation, no classification and standard on benefits and remuneration package, uncertain career path and training track, annoying office politics

Advice to Senior Management – Stop worrying about billability and negative varianc, pay more attention to distribute work load to cope with the dateline and avoid short notice assignment stressful tension.
Look after and nurture the junior employees in term of remuneration and professional development before they all become frustrated and quit.
