I worked at Environmental Support Solutions
Pros – Free doughnuts on friday and a chance to win a TV once a year. Most of the individuals below Sr. management are bright, friendly and enjoyable to work with. Interesting field with vast possibilities.
Cons – Top-heavy corporate machine. Not environmentally concious. No recognition or appreciation for individual employees or their lives outside 'the company'. Unrealistic and excessive expectations of employee commiitment and loyalty with no reciprocity or accountability from 'corporate'.
Advice to Senior Management – Put some of the new 'green' in your thinking. Turn off the machine and learn to appreciate the dynamic individuals you are priveledged to employ.
