Good experience

I worked at Environmental Systems Design

Pros

The people are enjoyable to work with and the office culture is reasonably relaxed. Plenty of young employees and those who are more technically experienced are always willing to help out.

Cons

Upper management could be more efficient and in touch with lower tiers. Good for self-starters, not as good for keeping some people on task.

A great place to start your career and gain valuable experience in the HVAC design industry

I have been working at Environmental Systems Design full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

ESD receives some of the most diverse and rewarding work. The people I work with day-to day are great. Technical knowledge within the firm is impressive.

    Cons

Management could use some work. There isn't a set training schedule for new hires. ESD expects you to learn-as-you-go.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I don't think you've made the best choices when hiring and promoting management. The vetting process should be more defined, and less based on "gut" instinct.
