I worked at Enwisen

Pros

Great staff to work with and despite what others might say, I was able to have a decent work life balance with great pay. I was in a different department so that may be part of the problem others were dissatisfied.

Cons

Ok, some issues stem from the whole Lawson acquisition and now Infor, which blindsided a few people, but given I had a line to some key figures in management helped. One wish is to have used that line of communication to others.

I did find it strange some were able to work at home versus I had to come to work Mon - Fri.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

More info on acquisitions and its impact on employees. .Wally Smith is no longer the CEO or GM of Enwisen and left soon after or before the Infor acquisition.

I have been working at Enwisen

    Pros

Some employees get the opportunity to work remotely several days a week, or everyday. Generous medical leave (based on the number of people calling in sick every week)

    Cons

No sense of work life balance. Expect to work long nights and weekends.
    Rampant favoritism
Little/no training given to new employees
Some employees vastly underskilled for their job title/salary
Incompetent managers who stress employees out
Pay is low compared to other companies in the area
Raises might as well be nonexistent
Constant threat of jobs being offshored
Serious employee retention problems (10 people quit in the last six months)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please offer enough money so that talented employees will want to work for the company, and continue to work for the company
