I have been working at Epic Systems Corporation full-time (more than an year)

Pros

You're surrounded by young, bright people who are all pretty much in the same boat as you if you're coming out of college. It's a bright and shiny place with lots of perks, good salary, and you build useful, marketable skills.

Cons

The travel can be rough, you're likely to burn out in the first couple years, and you feel like you're a part of a huge company with team leads that play favorites. If you don't suck up and stand out in the beginning, it's very hard to climb your way to the top.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give less team members to TLs and make sure people are getting enough attention. Recognize when people are stressed out and fairly distribute work.

I worked at Epic Systems Corporation as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

-Pretty relaxed work environment as long as you get your work done
    -Awesome campus
    -Worked with cool, smart people
    -Pays well

    Cons

-Company culture can come off as pretentious
-Interns worked on mobile stuff which is currently relevant. However, I've heard that some of the software is developed with some lesser-used technologies like Visual Basic and some language called Cache'. My only concern is that full-timers might end up pigeonholing themselves in learning something few other companies use. I can't say for sure though
