Epicor Software Technical Resource:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Sales staff are well rewarded. Average pay levels. Job security is good for those that survive the annual layoffs in December.

Cons

Lack of good career path for technical people. Software development methodologies are poor or non-existent in parts of the company. Software tester ratios are too low.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire better technical resources to produce better software.
