Epicor Software Project Manager:   (Current Employee)

Pros

experience, networking are both available - lots of e learning as well. The ability to be exposed to many different customer environments offers the opportunity to gather information that will be useful down the road.

Cons

poorly coordinated - employees are considered nothing more than a resource for billable time , not as anything more. Customers are not treated as well as they should be. Management is driven only by dollars, not in value created. Very silo like in it's structure.

Advice to Senior Management

have a company vision that is truly believed in. The current one "customers, employees, shareholders" is good but the actual execution is "shareholders, customers, employees". I'm looking at you George.
