Pros

This is a good entry level cold calling position that you can use to work on your phone/selling skills. The atmosphere is recent college grads so you have an opportunity to expand your network and learning from each other. Do get paid commissions, but not very much. Average person will hit 40K annually depending on how Epicor does sales wise.

Cons

They want college grads but only pay $32,000 which is non-negotiable. Promotions happen once a year if that, but you must stay in the BDR role for at least 16 months. Call metrics are aggressive, 80 dials and 3.5 hours of talk time each day.

Advice to Senior Management

You are losing some very good sales talent because of the horrible salary and lack of opportunity for promotions. I could not hold out any longer and the right opportunity presented itself.
