Epicor Software – “Satisfied to the nth degree.”

Pros

I truly enjoy the opportunities for career advancement and the fact that this company is growing dispite the rough economy. I would say that this is the best place that I have worked in my life. Caring and understanding management. Fair and equal treatment. Just perfect.

Cons

The only downside that I can think of is that I dont get to travel as much as I would like. That will change, and I am not in a big hurry to live out of a suitcase.

Advice to Senior Management

I would say that the only thing that senior management needs to do is to be more proactive and less reactive to changes in the dynamics of the market. They always seem to be one step behind the curve...eventhough, our product is one step ahead of the that curve.
