Pros

Promotions come from within the organization, international organization with many collaborative opportunities, very relaxed working environment, remote work is certainly possible

Cons

Virtual contact with colleagues who you may very well never meet/see, inefficiency results from people in the company completing the same task twice (sometimes, 2+ times)

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please offer more attractive continuning education opportunities for your employees... this is why I'm leaving

    I have been working at Epicor Software full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    People, people and people. They are remodeling the Austin office so nice to see they are updating the office.

    Cons

    Skimpy on base salary. Annual raises are few and far between, with no reason given when they do not provide one. Very frustrating when cost of living increases every year but salary unable to keep pace.

    Pay people what they are worth.

    I worked at Epicor Software full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Office is comfortable with up to date equipment. Nice lunchroom with name brand coffee. My direct manager was patient and supportive. Some flexibility with working hours. Decent benefit package.

    Cons

    Minimal training. Nintey day guarantee not long enough to learn job well enough to succeed and make commission. Low base pay. Management plays favorites and gives best opportunities to their chosen few. No access to the software products you are selling makes it difficult to understand how to present benefits to customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be less greedy. Provide more training. Longer ramp time to give CAMs the chance to learn the job and make the promised income.
