Pros

Most employees are very nice and conscientious. Benefits are decent. Training opportunities are pretty good. Work-life balance is ok.

Cons

Pay is below industry average. Limited opportunities for advancement.

    I have been working at Epicor Software

    Pros

    Got enough time to train and get into the job. The mentors were patient and positive. Gave compliment when I did a good job.

    Cons

    Generally not a good job. Sounded interesting in the hiring process but I was not satisfied in the end. I would not recommend this job to anyone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Share more with the employees. Give more feedback what is going to happen. Make some plan on how an individual can grow within the company.

    - Very open and friendly working environment.

    - Lower pay than other companies
    - Few opportunities for career growth (software development)
    - Tendency to be as cheap as possible in employee events

    - Make pay competitive in the area
    - Do not try to spend as little as possible in employee events
    - Have an anonymous suggestion system
