Pros

Flexibility for time off. My boss has always been very flexible, allowing me to leave early if necessary for doctor appointments, allowing me to work from home if childcare falls through. Within my department, I would say tha tmy boss has to be one of the best that I've ever had. Very fair, actually gives constructive criticism when necessary, and praise when appropriate. I know my boss would do more for us if able to, however their hands are often tied by upper management as to what they're able to do for compensation for employees. In return, we have gotten additional 'comp' days off since money isn't an option.

Cons

Not much room for advancement.

Advice to Senior Management

I would have Senior Management consider profit-sharing with employees. Besides giving incentive for employees to push/sell the product or additional modules to customers, it would boost employee morale.
