Great place for professional growth, though organization is rather siloed.

Pros

The review process is very consistent and thorough, allowing you to set your own goals and measure yourself against them. The organization is improving in regards to internal communication, especially considering the pace at which it's growing.

Cons

As mentioned above, Epsilon is very siloed which makes it difficult to see "the big picture" sometimes.

    I worked at Epsilon

    Pros

Always hiring. Pay range is above average. Excellent benefits. Will hire college kids right out of school and will pay them well.

    Cons

Management doesn't care about work/life balance. Unprofessional conduct is ignored rather than addressed. Projects tend to be understaffed. Managers need to provide better and more consistent feedback on employee performance. Good ole boy club.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train managers better. Staff projects better. Sensitivity training for employees who behave unprofessionally in the workplace. Allow more telecommuting if appropriate.

    Too many layers of management.

Some weeks are 75+ in order te meet deliverable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The Onboarding of new opportunities consumes a ton of time at all levels.
It's taken Months to replace employees who gave two or more weeks notice. (many, many appovals needed.

Spending some additional money to bring our equipment up to date in every office would be great.
