I have been working at Epsilon full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Co-workers were great! It takes a lot to get fired from this company.

Cons

Used older technologies for a loooooong time, just now becoming current, no room to grow, over promise client and those in the trenches are expected to "make it happen" and aren't rewarded for hard work. work a lot of hours on new builds, re-writes to the point where there is no personal life. HR doesn't seem to have employee's best interest in mind.

I have been working at Epsilon full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Exciting and challenging projects, intelligent colleagues, great list of clients, opportunity to wok with cutting-edge technologies

    Cons

There's definitely a downside to project work. While there's the opportunity to work with some of the more cutting-edge stuff, not every project calls for it -- in fact, they can be downright tedious.

I worked at Epsilon full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

It has a great culure. Very relaxed environment (e.g., everyone takes a lunch, plays board games, talks to each other, goes out for happy hour, etc.). Most people leave at 5, 5:30. I liked everything about it pretty much.

    Cons

not a lot of room for growth
very technical position which i wasn't prepared for

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
