New Products Are Needed to Stay Relevant

ProsSmart people
Current products perform pretty well
Still a strong reputation in industry
Decent incentive pay plan for sales

ConsStill a long way to go with integrating acquired companies
Separate/different cultures depending on which business unit or acquired company you work with
Upper management has 'favorites', if you're not one of them, good luck advancing to a higher level
Lack of new or innovative products means the rest of the industry is very soon going to pass you by

Advice to Senior ManagementFinish the internal work of integrating the different businesses and start focusing outward - before Epsilon starts to lose its positive reputaton
Develop relevant multi-channel products to set the company apart from competitors
Recognize and reward loyal, high-performing employees or they will just keep leaving
