I have been working at Epsilon (more than 5 years)

Pros

Fast moving projects, Top-brand clients. I like knowing that I'm coming to work to work with talented, smart, driven professionals vs. those who work just to punch the time clock and put forth only the minimum required effort.

Cons

Not strong on sticking to a process - the culture reflects the "live and die by the client", which is also how project/client demands are constantly blowing up the timelines, processes, and scope.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dissuade from current thought that BSAs coming out of college with marketing degrees. Epsilon is too technical and the ABSA and BSA roles are too process-oriented and technical. Selling Epsilon as a marketing company as though the majority of client services people will be involved in creative and strategic marketing is a sham.

Advice to interviewees - if you are looking for a "marketing" job, make sure you're applying within the creative services group within Epsilon.
