    Pros

Great Benefits and workplace considering that it is a very corporate environment. Still has the small start-up culture.

    Cons

Still corporate environment with upward mobility difficulty and competition. More opportunities for internal candidates would be help morale.

    Advice to Management

Nurture employees that are eager to move up within the organization rather than continue to hire from outside.

    Pros

Great people on your immediate team, decent salary and benefits

    Cons

Business units have a cut-throat mentaiity, every project is #1. IT management was insensitive and rude. People worked 80-90 hours a week with no recognition. When business says "jump" you have to work over holidays/weekends etc...

    Advice to Management

Hire people with management skills, push back on unrealistic expectations from sales and ops.
