I have been working at Epsilon full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Lots of career opportunities (if you don't mind the politics)
    They promote from within

    Cons

Weird corporate culture (reminded me of high school...very click-ish)
Expect to work extremely long hours
    Horrible networking team (multiple outages)
    Zero work life balance
Sink or swim mentality - with very little support from peers or management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Set clear goals.
    2. Think about what your team shouldn't be spending time on.
    3. Set clear standards for your team.
    4. Be brutally honest with yourself about what’s working and what isn’t.
    5. Address it immediately when an employee isn’t meeting a high bar

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
