Leadership is sorta passive aggressive and could work a little harder.

I have been working at Epsilon full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

OK place to work if you are new or fresh out of school or have been fired or laid off from your job.
Some really good people still working there and are still holding out hope the company culture will change someday.
High turnover could possibly mean opportunity.
Last time we had layoffs was a few years ago when big hospitality customer was acquired and went through re-org. Lots of people laid off then.
We have only had one large pay-cut since I have been here, but that pay cut was never re-paid.

    Cons

Leaders come up with projects to get rid of mass numbers of people. "Project Lucy" was one of the more recent. We lost a lot of people over that and no one was held accountable.

Managers office doors are always closed. Can be a big mistake to knock on a closed door while manager is on the internet.

VP encourages associates to secretly slip notes under his door with negative feedback about their direct supervisors who report to him.
Most people have more pride and more integrity than that and are looking for meaningful engagement with their leaders.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

We're all adults and we don't need to sneak around asking associates to give secret feedback through the crack under the door. That's as inhuman a workplace as you can get. We would do better to lighten up a little and engage.
