I worked at Epsilon full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Non management employees work hard and long hours to get work done.

Cons

Management changes due to reorganization in 2012 were not up to previous standards. Management let go due to politics were 1000 times better and employees respected them.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get friendly managers who care for their people and are competent.

    I worked at Epsilon

    Pros

Like I said in the title, it REALLY depends on who you work for at this company. The tended to stay cutting edge with technology, sometimes they were flexible.

    Cons

Inconsistent treatment, there are some bad apples in there, but some really good ones too. They can work you to death sometimes...with little reward or appreciation, unfortunately.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the bad apples, try at least to appreciate the need for work life balance more.

I have been working at Epsilon full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Nice people. Fair benefits. Well-known Clients.

    Cons

Contract positions can end without much notice - no guarantee of next placement. Talent that is placed onsite at Client's office are not part of Epsilon culture - basically forgotten about.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't forget about your remote location employees - make them feel like part of the Epsilon team and show them they have a support system.
