It was okay. Not the best, not the worst.

I worked at Epsilon full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Lots of project variety, with some good accounts. Always treated fairly in dealings across the board

    Cons

Benefits were sub-optimal post-acquistion compared to competing companies in San Francisco. This led to some employee dissatisfaction

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Benchmark against other bay area companies that you are competing with.

Epsilon is a good place to start a career, but they have a very slow pace, and movement is slow.

I have been working at Epsilon full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great people to work with, very smart teams all over (but it varies).
    Decent benefits and compensation
    Nice office

    Cons

Do not promote based on accomplishments or skill - it's mainly a timing thing. i.e. you work two years, you get promoted.
    Poor leadership
    No HR presence

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would recommend recognizing talent, and not necessarily just promoting when the time comes. If someone is doing a good job, they don't have to wait along with people in the same position. They should be recognized for accomplishments, not time put in.

Working hard and accomplishing goals doesn't necessarily get you anywhere.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
