    Pros

    1. You would have a good bunch of co-workers , who are equally beat down and ripped apart from over work like you. 2. Job Stability. One of the very few companies to hire even during the heights of recession. 3. Flexibility to work from home when required but it’s also a curse. 4. Epsilon relies more on traditional coding and scripting techniques as supposed to using readily available industry software thereby creating more jobs. 5. Recognition & reward for your performance( In most cases)

    Cons

    1. Very poor work life balance. You have to work at least 50 - 60 hours a week. This number goes up greatly if you are on a new build. 2. The management doesn’t care about team cohesiveness when selecting the team members. There are cases where you are left to work with someone who doesn’t care much about what you are doing, thereby creating more burden. Please take your time in hiring your employees rather than filling the position just for sake of it. 3. The management doesn’t care about the employee satisfaction. 4. For heaven’s sake please get rid of those ancient machines you call Laptops.

    Advice to Management

1.Please consider Employees as your assets rather than treating them like disposable objects. 2.Try to push back on client deadlines if necessary rather than taunting your employees to work overtime. 3.Please consider hiring more man power in advance so that they can have enough time to get familiar with the model rather than hiring only during crunch time.

  2. The employees care about their customers

    Pros

Great location, nice facility. People are generally friendly. Most people who work there have loads of industry experience. Bring lots of value to customers through creative solutions.

    Cons

Tend to have industry experts in management and fill other positions with very young newcomers. Would mix it up more. Some questionable behaviors by top management (no longer with the firm). Management team members seem to have their own individual agendas.

    Advice to Management

Good educational development for employees. Keeps all employees informed about new technologies.
