    I worked at Epsilon

    Pros

Great location, nice facility. People are generally friendly. Most people who work there have loads of industry experience. Bring lots of value to customers through creative solutions.

    Cons

Tend to have industry experts in management and fill other positions with very young newcomers. Would mix it up more. Some questionable behaviors by top management (no longer with the firm). Management team members seem to have their own individual agendas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Good educational development for employees. Keeps all employees informed about new technologies.

    I worked at Epsilon

    Pros

Great people, great management, awesome facilities and really good benefits. Overall it is a really good marketing company to work for.

    Cons

As typical in this industry, they over-sale and expect technology to pick up the tab. Long hours are expected during major release cycles. Work-life balance is great in between major projects but not so much when those release cycles come close together.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be a little more realistic with workload versus hours required and give better lead time. If clients squeeze the timeline be willing to push back on overall project timeline...its someone else's family making the sacrifice.
