OVERWORKED

Office Automation Assistant (Current Employee)
Savannah, GA

I have been working at Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)

ProsThe EEOC has a very good mission. The sad thing is that the staff is so overworked that they do not have a chance to really get in there and end the discrimination that still very much so exists.

ConsHeavy workloads, Un-realistic yearly goals, understaffed, overworked

Advice to Senior ManagementUP THE STAFF!!!!! You truly want to be a force in society, then up the staff so the work can get done.
