Equifax Assistant Vice President, Technology in Atlanta, GA:   (Past Employee - 2007)

Pros

It is great place to work for 6 months, then you find out that they are outsourcing all of IT to India.

Cons

Outsourcing of IT. Also they don't promote their own employees. Equifax hires Sr Management from GE.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop outsourcing the IT department. Also 99 percent of the VP and higher were hired outside of Equifax.
