Pros

Stable company with solid earnings. Job security in that sense.

Cons

Upper management does not care fot the employees. Pushs everyone for results but does not supply them witj the tools to acjieve these results. The attitude is "you are lucky to have a job" and "you are replaceable." This cause unsaid threats cause employees to work overtime off the clock to kerp their jobs.

    Pros

Staff is nice and they're nice to you as long as you do your job.

    Cons

Company has removed many positions from the properties including Assistant Managers and Customer Service Reps leaving more Administrative work on Leasing Consultants.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop raising employee rents at your property. You treat your employees like every other tenant and raise their rent the same amount. How can we afford to live where we work when raises don't even come close to be able to afford the rent increase.

    Pros

    Housing discount
    9-6 work hours
    Interacting with prospects
They hire some pretty cool people at the properties!

    Cons

Their learning and development program is a joke...training is inadequate. Company spends more time bragging about all their new upgrades and developments than making sure that their employees and residents are satisfied...increase resident rents drastically and tell us to brand ourselves so that they wouldn't mind paying the rent increases (really?!) Work/life balance is a joke and so it their commission...this company is backwards when it comes to management...not a lot of common sense business moves being made around here...the pay is a joke too! Oh and its prohibited to discuss how much you make with others, as pay is not paid equally among those in the same position. If they mandate that you travel somewhere you either have to carpool (if your going with someone else) or sunburned mileage and wait 3months for reimbursement...cheap company that brags and makes lots of false promises!!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Enhance training program and take to time to listen to your front line employees that face your residents each day, instead of going off of reports and stats...people matter most!

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
