Pros

Good starting pay, Great transport category aircraft, Very easy people to work with, management trusts you to make decisions and doesn't babysit, Easy to talk to management, Safety is a priority.

Cons

Slightly unorganized, Not great communication between departments. Standardization could be better.

Better communication and more standardization.
