Pros – excellent work environment and a great team to work with. small office so everyone is very close with each other. My work didn't go unnoticed and the team was all very encouraging

Cons – As an intern the tasks I completed weren't always engaging and thrilling but you can only give so much responsibility to an intern

Advice to Senior Management – Talk to the interns more, I felt a little disconnected with top level employees because they were always so busy.
