Pros

multinational company, best communication company in the world.

Cons

at last 4 years there is problem in Ericsson it's stability as they are doing lay off minimum one time every year.

    I have been working at Ericsson-Worldwide full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Being the worlds leading telecommunication company Ericsson provide opportunity to work with multicultural environment and the professionals around the world which helps to enhance personal and professional abilities.

    Cons

    Overall culture and values of Ericsson are impressive but it do not implement through out in Ericsson, in some countries employees are not appreciated and rewarded on a out standing performance, nepotism is also observed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Upper management should personally review the working environment 3rd world countries and should not completely rely on the feedback of local management.
