Good benefits, excellent working environment, excellent personnel, opportunities to move and work in other countires

Cons

Strong cultural base which is hard to grasp initially for new employees that have been acquired through acquisitions or new hires that are not accustomed to international business methods.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide a introduction to Ericsson, and make it mandatory for all new employees. With time spend in Sweden headquarters as part of the new hire requirements.
