I have been working at Ericsson-Worldwide full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

- good 401k program
- good vacation package

Cons

- company wastes a lot of money on business traveler between Sweden, US and China
- low base salary
- bad management team

Advice to ManagementAdvice

To hire variety of people with different background and to listen to the people regarding ways of working.

    Sound financial management. Consistent and high return on investments and strategic directions.

    Cons

    Too much time spent consensus building. One must become an expert in Swedish way of working to succeed.

    Mandatory performance management of bottom 10% is huge employee dissatisfier.
