    Negative Outlook

    Pros

if you are satisfied with an easy going, non-ambitious profile, RAN is good.

    Cons

For CA-Access - RNAM - night shifts at a stretch, D grade work profile, no better opportunities for profile growth and development, management too busy saving money for themselves, to be concerned for employee's betterment. illogical, whimsical and very poor management( including higher management), highly unfair distribution of responsibilities, opportunities and benefits(if at all). In short, not at all worth for the hard-work, time and resources one would put in! Puts your work-life balance at bay!
