Pros – Swedish/Scandinavian 'consensus' culture breeds encourages discussions and team solving of problems. Making mistakes is accepted as part of the learning process.
Cons – 'Consensus' culture may frustrate go-getters. Probably great for more mature employees.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
