    Pros

    Pretty decent pay and benefits. You don't pay for Health Insurance anymore which is a bonus in itself and the program is above average. Opportunities to advance within depends on who you rub shoulders with.

    Cons

    This company is the perfect example of the revolving door type of place to work. Many employees seem to be treated as throw-aways. HR is joke. They are unreliable and looking to protect the company's interest, not the employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your people more often and you might get better results at the end of the day. Don't be afraid to speak up to YOUR bosses.

    Good benefits (medical, retirement, etc.). Strives for innovation and process improvement. Quickly adopts to changing technology and business environment (change management).

    Cons

    Because it is a huge company silos are inevitable. Initiatives are always underway to overcome this type of challenge. Change management communications can still be improved.
