    Pros

    They give you exposure to tools and the experience of having a hands on feel on the tool is really great. overall a great experience for an entry level job

    Cons

    starts the work slowly needs to behind the manager to ask for work. they want interns to come and ask for wokr rather they putting a load on them

    I worked at Ericsson-Worldwide as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

    The break room was created by a furniture designer so it looks appealing. The employees are more diverse. Some of the employees desk can move up and down via a push button. Overall, nice looking buildings and office furniture.

    Cons

    Employees office space is less per square foot standards but has better office furniture. The switch/router product was acquired from Redback, but their technology has not been updated recently. Also, this same product is difficult to configure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    For the switch/router that was acquired by Redback, management should have had a clear goal and plan which should have resulted in producing revenue within say a 5 year time line. Also, closing down many of your worldwide offices limited your companies ability to use those office as a sales/tech-support site.
