    Pros

    Word wide company. You can pretty much work from any country.
    Cutting edge technology to work with.
    Interesting technology

    Cons

    You are treated like a resource, not really a human resource.
    Lack of leadership from upper management.
    You are basically in your own, there is no guidance in terms of career growth - caree path.
    ITM is for perfromance evaluation but honestly to me is a waste of time. You will never reach your goals.
    Lots of Indian Managers whom of course promote indian engineers kind of like a brotherhood.

    Great innovator of products in wireless telephony space. Flexible atmosphere and work culture.

    Cons

    Poor operations and management policies shunting career growth. No proper operations strategy. Cyclical layoff periods throughout the year. No proper employee recognition.

    Recognize talent and grow the company to bring fresh ideas.
