I worked at Ericsson-Worldwide as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

So far I have not found nothing good about tis company.

    Cons

I had a contract with Ericsson for six months, they didn't honor the contract. I worked only twenty-five days and Ericsson canceled my contract and gave me no reason. Ericsson also kept some one on the job I was on with no experience, when I was released. I have been doing Ericsson equipment since 1999.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to hire people who know what they are doing.

I worked at Ericsson-Worldwide full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Good Health benefits
    Work life balance
    PTO

    Cons

Every year they layoff 10%, sometime if they don't make good profit they layoff two times a year, there is lot of politics. The Management does not care about the employees well being, they want to make huge profits.

I saw lot of new grads hired and getting layed off after one year. This is not a company where you can build your career with. Just get some experience and leave.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop the layoff's, give credit to the hard working employees.
