    Pros

    Market leading technologies.
    Wireless technology is the future.
There are a lot of highly skilled and competent people working here.
The work environment is very appealing.

    Cons

Non of the pros makes up for all the cons unless you strive for a manager role.
You're wage sucks unless you are an underpaid manager of some sort. You have little influence over you salary.
Upper management seem to only care about themselfs and how to make things look good on paper.
You have to educate yourself. You get little assistance and time to do so.
There is close to zero social activities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to stop the top-down management! The lowest level line managers have no real power and as an employee, it feels like you have very small chances to affect anything outside your product.
Education is close to non-existing. It is hard to get and education promotions is seldom reaching down to the employees. And don't you dare blame the line or the products for this! There should be centrally offered courses that anyone can take without approval from your e.g. line manager.
There is absolutly no social activities. No "fun-at-work" except for the job itself.
Salary negotiations is non-existing. The employees and the line-managers have very little means to influence it.
