Current Employee – been working at Erie County Medical Center

Pros – Its the only Level One Trauma Center in the area, its always interesting. Health insurance, holidays, overtime, are all great perks.

Cons – The more you do, the more you are expected to do, while those that do close to nothing, continue doing nothing.

Advice to Senior Management – Talk to the people who do the work, make decisions with the help of those the decision influences the most.
