Pros – Not many levels at the junior level so rapid career progression
Good young and enthusiastic team, very entrepreneurial
Good access to interesting and large advisory projects
Best work life balance than the other big 4 advisory firms

Cons – Not as strong in terms of specific areas of content
Culture is still under development and many recruits from different shops (i.e. Accenture etc) do not make cutlure consistency easy
Not very strong in councelling
