Current Employee – been working at Ernst & Young full-time for more than a year

Pros – Great people, fun and interesting work, tremendous opportunities to learn and grow your career as you see fit, chances to work side by side with household name and Fortune 500 clients, solid brand, firm is very accommodating of transfers across geographies and even service lines/practices

Cons – Consulting practices are shackled by audit practices, compensation over time is not competitive with firms that EY competes with for engagements, support for educational goals (i.e. firm support for employees to get MBAs) is extremely limited right now

Advice to Senior Management – Improve compensation model and increase financial support for MBA programs
