Unhelpful fellow co-workers, cliquey atmosphere, impossible to take leave, stifling conservative culture, endless hours, many of whice are just face time, a claims system that is purposely so hard to use, poor middle management and tyrannical partners, ridiculously low pay for the number of hours. You will be a slave for the time you are here. Get your 2 years experience then get out

Advice to Senior Management

Please remember how you suffered as an associate and realize how much blood and sweat people put into this job at the lower levels. Working conditions must improve to above dark age style system that is currently in place.
