“Big enough to pick your own destiny”
Current Employee – been working at Ernst & Young full-time for less than a year
Pros – Idealistic, whereby enough senior people subscribe to the firm's values to benefit all who want to succeed. Overall, this is a highly positive environment.
Cons – Not everyone behaves/ believes in meritocracy and sees that giving others a chance means increasing their support base for the future. Also, where are all the alumni from top universities like LSE in senior management?
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
