Pros

Looks great on the resume, you learn a lot, work with a lot of really smart people, do a wide variety of things

Cons

Hours are long, and sometimes, there is nothing to do, there is no recognition, no work life balance, some work is boring

Advice to Senior Management

Work life balance, better recognition, but then again, I thinkl this is the nature of the profession...overall a good company
